Premium Porterhouse and T-Bone Steaks

Our amazing Porterhouse steak is ideal for occasions when you really want to indulge your guests. Each Premium Porterhouse steak is approximately 28 oz. and contains a full Filet Mignon cut and a full NY Strip cut. These gourmet steaks are perfect for sharing, too.

T-Bone steaks, a smaller version of the Porterhouse, are known as "the best of both worlds" because each steak includes portions of both a Filet Mignon and a New York Strip divided by the "T-Bone." The Filet is the ultimate in tenderness and the NY Strip is full of succulent flavor. Our gourmet T-Bone steaks are available in generous portion sizes of approximately 20 oz. and 24 oz.

Each Lindaur Family Farms Porterhouse and T-Bone steak is dry-aged to perfect tenderness and expertly hand-trimmed. Each steak is individually wrapped and vacuum sealed for freshness.

Porterhouse and T-Bone can be ordered in convenient packages of 4, 6 or 8 steaks.
