Beef Burgundy

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Tenderloin Tips

1 can French Onion soup

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

12 oz. fresh mushrooms sauteed in butter (baby bello mushrooms are great)

3/4 cup burgundy wine

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Brown steak
  2. Stir in all other ingredients
  3. Simmer about 5 hours in a crock pot
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Serve over rice or flat egg noodles
