Coffee and Molasses T-Bones

Ingredients:

4 T-Bone Steaks

4 cups black coffee (cooled)

1 cup molasses syrup

3 - 4 cloves chopped fresh garlic

Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Generously salt and pepper 4 T-Bones
  2. Place in extra large ziploc bag along with coffee, molasses and garlic
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning bag over once
  4. Pull bag from refrigerator and let warm to room temperature
  5. Pull steaks out of the bag and place on grill to cook to your desired wellness

We serve with a tsp. of fresh butter on top of the steak, some sour cream mashed potatoes, tossed green salad and a glass of red wine.
