Coffee and Molasses T-Bones
Ingredients:
4 T-Bone Steaks
4 cups black coffee (cooled)
1 cup molasses syrup
3 - 4 cloves chopped fresh garlic
Salt & Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Generously salt and pepper 4 T-Bones
- Place in extra large ziploc bag along with coffee, molasses and garlic
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning bag over once
- Pull bag from refrigerator and let warm to room temperature
- Pull steaks out of the bag and place on grill to cook to your desired wellness
We serve with a tsp. of fresh butter on top of the steak, some sour cream mashed potatoes, tossed green salad and a glass of red wine.
