Ribeye Steak with Cranberry SauceIngredients:
- 2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Cup Diced Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Sliced)
- 1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Cups Dark Beer
- 4 Lindauer Farms' Ribeye Steaks
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer over medium low heat, stirring until sauce has thickened...this will take about an hour.
Working in small batches, place sauce in a blender until smooth. Do this on a low speed and allow the steam to escape as you go along.
Set sauce aside then prepare your Lindauer Farms Ribeye steaks according to our online instructions, then spoon sauce on top of steaks when ready to serve.
This will serve 4-6. So yummy.
