Award Winning Marinated Pepper BurgersMarinade Ingredients:
- 4 (8 oz) LFF Ground Beef Patties
- 1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Kosher Salt
Cut each pepper into fourths. Loosely pack ground beef into patties. Combine all ingredients in a gallon sized zip lock bag and marinate over night.
Bring contents of bag to room temperature. Grill patties and pepper slices to desired doneness. The team preferred 4 minutes on each side.
Place grilled patties on a fresh bun and garnish with the grilled peppers and favorite toppings.
